I'm a stay at home mom who finds fun in creating just about anything. Most things you will find here are recipes from my kitchen, projects made at my sewing machine, and hopefully success from some landscaping and gardening this Spring. I live remotely in Southeast Alaska, there are about a dozen people who live in our community. If someone gets a craving in the family and we don't have that exact item, then its up to me to create it to the best of my abilities. Some of them are not good and others are awesome. That isn't my biggest challenge in my kitchen though. Due to allergies in the family I must cook corn free and mostly dairy free (butter is tolerated).
Hopefully I will be able to entertain and inspire you!
