This was soo good, that I will never buy premade again. I've actually made this twice now, because it doesn't last too long around here! It helps that it is pretty easy to make too. The hardest part is letting it sit overnight.
Ingredients:
- 2 small Onions
- 2 Garlic Heads
- 1 16oz Container Sour Cream
- 1C Mayonnaise
- 4oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1T dried Parsley
- 1t Salt
- 1/2t White Pepper
- 1/2t Paprika
Directions:
- Remove paper skin off of Onions and Garlic. Wrap each individually in foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Let cool until you are comfortably able to handle.
- Cut ends off Onion and roughly chop. Cut root end off of Garlic head and use back of knife to press out Garlic. Add both to a food chopper, processor, or blender to chop finely.
- Add finely chopped Onion and Garlic to large bowl, with lid. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
- LET SIT OVERNIGHT. Trust me you won't be disappointed!
- Enjoy with Chips or Vegetables.
I can't wait to try this! Aunt M.
